guai lan?

ppl always say i guai lan.
got attitude problem.
but sometimes it really helps?

vision is getting poor.
so tot of doing lasik enhancement.
for free la. of coz.

so i sent an online enquiry last month.
explaining n trying to convince em.
to give me a free enhancement.
no reply.

yest i called up.
transferred to 3 diff departments.
when i arrived at e final depart,
no one picks up.

i shoot email complaining.
saying i wan speak to ppl with authority.

immediately they reply say how busy etc etc.

i replied,"When i sent an enquiry, NO reply. When i make a complaint, response within 24hrs. I'm not interested in how ur department works for there is always 1001 excuses for every fault. I want to speak to ur department head or manager or watever. if they are also as busy, allow me to speak to the Straits Time or TNP forum. I'm sure by then they will be more than willing to call me."

today director call me @ 10am.
she: hello, i'm serene, director of SNEC...
me: i'm sleeping, call me back at 2.

when she called again juz now,
she dunno how TMD polite can..
den i k siao still du lan kp kb.
so she kept apologising.
but i sing to her "it's too late~~ to apologise.."
haha.. kidding.

u see, being guai lan got more advantages than disadvantages.
BK benefited from being guai lan with citibank.
KL oso benefited from being guai lan with SCI.
i'm juz following in their footsteps!

they muz be thinking y they need tok to someone like me.
i dun deny i'm guilty of spoiling ppl's day coz i guai lan.
and i dunno spoil how many people's days b4 already.
so, morale of e story?
dun let ppl spoil ur day.
rather, think of how u can spoil their day!
