weds morning i sent an email to SIM,
in the mail i dunno how polite.
make sure i read thru the FAQs b4 asking.
did not even put pls reply ASAP,
which is what i normally do.
so, in my opinion very polite alr.
it wasn't until fri when they replied.
the reply was:
'pls look thru the UOL student book etc etc.'
a complete sentence la,
but i forgot the exact terms.
then followed by have a pleasant day.

booklet online and i do not have the hard copy.
i dont want to sound rude, why can't you simply
ans my question and ask me to refer to the booklet?
