finish my stuff and started to cho bo.

took e longest yet dun look sad at all.
more like 大便大不出 lor.. haha

ok, though it's a bo liao temp,
but i learnt something from HR.

2 more impt ones are:-
dat is during interview ur pay is impt.
always check mkt rate b4 u go for interview.
coz when u're selected for interview,
it already mean u have e basic requirements.
after checking out e rates, quote slightly higher.
but dun exaggerate.
let's say dis position mkt rate 5k.
but u scared quote too high,
u write 4k.
so even if they can give 5k,
they will juz give u 4k.
and it's too late to change!
coz it's wat u expected and they gave u.
ask for more = GREEDY.
so state 5.5k e best.
may get it.
even if not, they bring u to 5k,
u accept shows that u willing to compromise.

oso, a degree is not really a big fuck.
degree from where is a big fuck.
like uol. pretty useless.
i only spend 2yrs doing it.
nus ntu smu spend 4yrs.
den will supposedly have more in dept knowledge.
since they spent more time doing it.
so unless they're desperate for ppl,
if not they seldom consider u.

but now too late,
i'm already on UOL.
